About the Role:

Join ABA RESULTS LLC as a Human Resources Generalist in Fort Myers, FL, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support our growing team and enhance employee engagement. Occupancy is looking to be filled by August 10th, 2026.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Conduct employee performance reviews and assist in the development of training programs.

Facilitate conflict resolution and provide support for employee relations issues.

Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate employee records management.

Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a generalist capacity.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and a passion for supporting employee development.
