Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual in Spanish)

ALCO Designs is looking to hire a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience with a well-rounded HR background in manufacturing business. We are looking to hire someone who is versatile, innovative and dedicated to the success and wellbeing of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

· Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding

· Maintaining employee files

· Entering employment data into ADP

· Manage Leave of Absence: FMLA, CFRA, PDL, etc.

· Mange Workers Comp Claims

· Implement safety initiatives

· Assisting with Insurance/ Benefits

· Payroll/Time Keeping Management

· Recruiting for all positions

· Verify I-9

· Manage Outside Sales onboarding

Other duties as assigned and specified by supervisor in line with Department and company needs.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in HR-related field required

· Bilingual Spanish is required

· Detail-oriented and organized

· Strong communication skills

· Solid understanding of MS Office

· Experience with HRIS/HCM preferred

Full Time Position : Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
