    SUMMARY

    The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports an assigned group of employees located in multiple states. The HR Generalist plays a leading role in making Aspirion a great place to work and supports the daily functions of the HR department for their assigned group of team members, including but not limited to: employee relations, performance management, employee and leadership development, and rewards and recognition. The HR Generalist is also part of a larger People team responsible for HR initiatives company wide. This position is a remote position with potential travel a couple times a year.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES

    • Implement and administer human resources policies and promote positive employee relations
    • Administers and communicates human resources programs, policies, and procedures to employees and responds to inquiries in a timely manner
    • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
    • Supports team and leaders in employment-related matters. Handles a wide variety of inquiries from employees and leaders
    • Serves as a coach to leaders in handling day-to-day and sensitive employee-related matters
    • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
    • Assists as needed new hire onboarding and orientation program
    • Administers employee rewards and recognition programs; assists with execution of on-site employee events
    • Completes off-boarding processes for assigned employee group
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
    • Partners with leaders and must maintain a positive and professional partnership
    • Backfill and support other HRGs as needed
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimal level of an Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources/Human Resources Management experience is required; Human Resources experience within the Healthcare industry is a plus
    • SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR or other HR certification a plus

    The position salary range starts at $65,000. The US base pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered.
