    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our field teams and leaders across multiple locations. This role partners closely with the HR team and Chief People Officer to deliver consistent, people-focused HR support across recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a primary HR contact for team members and managers, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR systems
    • Support employee relations matters, including performance concerns, investigations, and termination guidance
    • Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate communication, and partnership with hiring managers
    • Partner with the company’s PEO to manage unemployment claims, workers’ compensation, and leave of absence requests
    • Assist with HRIS and timekeeping system support, including troubleshooting and employee/manager questions
    • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states
    • Assist in developing and coordinating management training and new hire orientation programs
    • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to improve retention and engagement
    • Prepare and maintain HR reports to ensure data accuracy and proper documentation
    • Cross-train across HR functions to provide backup support and assist with payroll-related processes
    • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 2+ years of HR experience is preferred
    • Experience supporting multi-location or multi-state teams preferred
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with professionalism
