    We are looking for a multifaceted, organized, self-starter to join our unequaled Human Resources team as a BILINGUAL HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST. This is an onsite opportunity based in Santa Ana, CA but also supports our Pineville, NC location.

    It’s not very often you get a chance to connect with something extraordinary. Here, you will deliver full-cycle, world-class HR service to two of our facilities. One of the most important, valuable aspects of this role will be acting as a consultant to management and frontline team members and using critical thinking and creativity to problem-solve.

    In addition to helping implement the day-to-day, you will work with teams to implement all-important initiatives that drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and healthy communications.     MAKE AN IMPACT BY...

    • Performance management: Assist Production supervisors with hourly employee development and performance issues.

    • Staffing: manage local headcount reports and local contracts with staffing agencies for hourly production personnel.

    • Payroll: Supports and provides direction to production supervisors on accurately balancing Kronos time sheets, prepares and submits for weekly payroll processing.

    • COVID Case Management (provide data to the EHS leadership team in regard to local cases).

    • Complete general case management, including case review and audit for accurate classification and processing, guaranteeing adherence and the company protocols.

    • Facilitate meetings, calls, and other collaborative efforts.

    • Employment Engagement: Promote key moments, achievements, and events with employees

      • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

      • Create ongoing energizing initiatives such as digital boards, recognition programs, and other creative methods/tools.

    • Provide case consultation to managers and supervisors.

    • Provide and maintain communication systems for employees through bulletin boards, publications, written memos, and meetings in order to maintain accurate information sources.

    • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

    • Assist hourly production employees with inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.

    • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

    • 2 years of experience in human resources and/or employee relations experience.

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

    • Previous experience supporting an hourly workforce.

    • Proficient experience building and maintaining positive collaborations.

    • Advanced organizational and interpersonal skills.

    YOU WILL EXCITE US IF YOU HAVE:

    • A completed Bachelor's Degree.

    • Certification of PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP.
