    Council & Associates, LLC is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in recruiting and supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment processes and HR administrative tasks. Benefits include: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Responsibilities: • Create job ads to be posted on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards. • Actively recruit potential candidates to apply for openings. • Screen potential candidates and schedule those that are a good fit for virtual or in-person interviews. • Work with firm leadership to create onboarding and training schedule • Guide new hires through onboarding and training. • Ensure that cthe omputer, phone, and workspace are set up for new hires. • Work with employees to set up benefits with providers. • Work with insurance company on any claims that require the firm's input. • Work with employment attorney when necessary. • Enforce the firm's policies and procedures. • Handle all personnel issues, including but not limited to, terminations and disciplinary measures. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent computer skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Minimum 3 years of work experience in human resources. Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
