Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: • Oversee and implement the firm’s systems related to recruitment, vetting, hiring, and onboarding, and move applicants through the pipeline in a timely manner Employee Lifecycle Administration • Set up and manage employee records in the company HRIS; maintain accurate and confidential personnel files • Oversee all offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, system terminations, and compliance documentation • Process employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and separations Payroll and Benefits • Review employee timesheets and ensure timely, accurate processing of payroll • Submit 401(k) contributions • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment, claims questions, and benefit changes • Conduct annual benefit reviews with employees to evaluate needs and preferences • Conduct monthly reconciliation of employee benefits • Support filing and administration of leaves of absence, including but not limited to FMLA, short-term disability, and ADA accommodation requests Employee Relations and Compliance • Respond to internal employee concerns with confidentiality, conduct investigations, and document findings as needed • Support consistent and fair handling of disciplinary actions, performance issues, terminations, and vacation/time off requests across all departments in accordance with the firm's values • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal company policies • Conduct training and provide training resources to supervisors on common supervisory issues • Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies to employees • Respond to unemployment and workers’ compensation claims Performance Management and Development • Oversee the employee review process. Coordinate and track employee 90-day and annual reviews • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure every position has a current job description and measurable KPIs • Maintain employee performance, attendance, and conduct logs. Assist supervisors with write-ups, performance improvement plans, and ensure team/employee follow-through Employee Engagement • Create, manage, and analyze OfficeVibe engagement surveys, recommend and implement improvement strategies, as well as all other employee engagement and wellness initiatives Qualifications: • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist, or in a senior position in HR management Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
