Overview
Kreative Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the organization. This role is highly execution-focused and will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment through offboarding.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. This individual will take ownership of core HR functions including recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding, new hire orientation, benefits administration, and employee support, while partnering with leadership to execute HR processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring Support
Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
Partner with leadership to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate pre-employment steps
Onboarding, Orientation & Offboarding
Own and execute new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, system setup coordination, and communication
Lead and facilitate new hire orientation sessions with professionalism and confidence
Ensure all onboarding materials and processes are up-to-date and consistent
Manage employee offboarding and termination processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with internal teams
Benefits & HR Administration
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, employee questions, and coordination with brokers/vendors
Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate support
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
Support HR processes in systems such as ADP (or similar HRIS)
Employee Support & HR Operations
Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and processes
Support employee lifecycle events including status changes, leave coordination, and general HR requests
Assist with performance review cycles and HR communications
Maintain HR documentation, trackers, and internal resources
Compliance & Process Support
Ensure HR processes align with company policies and applicable employment laws
Assist in maintaining and updating employee handbook, policies, and HR procedures
Support audits and reporting requirements as needed
Continuously look for opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency
Required Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence speaking to employees and leadership
Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR administration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a government contracting (GovCon) environment
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now)
Exposure to benefits administration and employee lifecycle management
Experience facilitating presentations or orientations
PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or interest in obtaining)
