Role Description
We’re seeking a full-time, on-site human resource generalist to join our team at Lee Obstetrics & Gynecology.
In this key role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate has exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with our company’s goals and objectives.

Objectives of the Role
Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.
Leading the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across the company.
Fostering a positive organizational culture.
Managing performance management processes, ensuring that employees receive constructive feedback and recognition.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and implementing best practices in HR policies and procedures.
Collaborating with senior leadership to address workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development needs.
Utilizing data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of HR experience.
Deep understanding of organizational development, employee engagement, and change management.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Experience in developing and managing HR budgets.
Relevant certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD).
Strong project management skills for managing complex HR initiatives.
Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures.
Understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
