    Lark Hospitality is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist. The HRG is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with General Managers on the property level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll, training, policy implementation, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Website: https://www.larkhospitality.com/ Responsibilities: • Oversee 25+ properties weekly payroll process using UKG, assisting managers as needed in learning and understanding how to effectively use UKG. • Assist managers with the review and audit of time and attendance punches and other payroll-related matters to ensure accuracy. • Assist managers in training employees how to log in / out of UKG and transfer departments. • Verify compliance with PTO and Holiday Pay policy by auditing active employees to ensure they are coded in UKG under the proper Type (Reg FT, ACA FT, Reg PT, SEA FT SEA PT, J1, H2B, VAR.) • Work with managers in reviewing and maintaining timely and accurate FT / PT status of employees (particularly as it relates to benefit plans) i.e., run monthly audit reports for Full Time, Part Time, and Terminations. • Maintain Personnel files by timely scanning of documents into UKG, process and audit New Hire Paperwork. • Assist in compliance with Local, State, and Federal laws, as well as all hotel policies and procedures (Employee Handbook, Conduct Policy, Safety Policy, etc.) Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in HR roles. • UKG Pro & Workforce Management experience is a must. • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. • Experience with payroll processing. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation: $65,000 - $67,500 yearly
