We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing day to day HR activities, supporting HR programs and policies, and providing guidance to employees and management on a wide range of HR issues. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in generalist role
Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g.; ADP, Paylocity, etc.)Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
