As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll wear many hats, supporting everything from reporting, change management, integrations for newly acquired companies, employee relations, and benefits. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to influence how HR shapes the future of Martine Law! Responsibilities: • Manage HR data reporting, including key metrics and HR KPIs. • Analyze and work with large data sets using advanced Excel skills. • Prepare and present data in clear, visually digestible formats for stakeholders and leadership. • Develop presentations that effectively communicate HR insights and metrics. • Support employee inquiries, change management, and general HR operations for multiple locations. • Partner with HR leadership on data creation and integration support • HRIS management oversees data accuracy. • Maintain company policies and the employee handbook, ensuring compliance with federal and state HR laws. • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend policy or process changes supported by data. • Assist with employee onboarding experience and offboarding. • Collaborate across HR and business teams to streamline workflows and ensure an exceptional employee experience. • Jump in where needed to support other HR related needs and projects. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience with a strong generalist foundation. • Advanced Excel proficiency; confident with pivots, large data sets, and data analysis. • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office suite (with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) and modern HRIS systems (such as DEEL, Workday, ADP, Paylocity). • Knowledgeable in HR laws and compliance. • Proactive, resourceful, and always one step ahead. • Strong communicator who can simplify complex data and present it clearly. • Confident in creating and delivering data-driven presentations to leadership. • Adaptable and excited to grow with a fast-paced, evolving organization. • Experience supporting multi-location teams preferred. Compensation: $50,000 yearly
