    We are seeking an organized, people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support our growing workforce and assist with day-to-day HR operations.

    Position Summary

    The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding through employee support and HR administration.

    This role serves as the primary point of contact for many day-to-day HR functions while helping maintain a positive employee experience.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Recruiting & Onboarding

    Post and manage job advertisements

    Screen resumes and coordinate interviews

    Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process

    Coordinate onboarding activities

    Prepare new hire documentation

    HR Administration

    Maintain employee files and records

    Process personnel changes in ADP

    Assist with benefits enrollments and employee questions

    Track PTO and employee leave requests

    Generate HR reports as needed

    Employee Support

    Respond to routine employee questions

    Assist with employee communications

    Support training initiatives

    Coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities

    Compliance & Documentation

    Maintain I-9 documentation

    Ensure employee records remain current

    Assist with policy acknowledgements and compliance tracking

    Support audits and reporting requirements

    Administrative Support

    Schedule interviews and meetings

    Assist with HR projects and special initiatives

    Maintain HR forms, templates, and documentation

    Support leadership with administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

    2+ years of HR, recruiting, administrative, or related experience

    Strong organizational skills

    Excellent attention to detail

    Ability to handle confidential information

    Experience with ADP or HRIS systems preferred

    Strong communication and customer service skills

    Compensation

    $22-$30 per hour depending on experience.
