On Call Computer Solutions, LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Representative to support our growing organization. This role will focus primarily on full-cycle recruiting and HR compliance, ensuring we attract top talent while maintaining strong adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.

Manage the recruitment process from job posting through onboarding
Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs
Source candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach
Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
Maintain applicant tracking and ensure a positive candidate experience
Assist with offer letters, hiring documentation, and onboarding coordination
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Support HR audits, reporting, and policy enforcement
Assist with benefits administration, employee relations, and HR inquiries
Help develop and update HR policies, procedures, and training materials
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and HR communication
Assist management with performance documentation and HR processes
Promote a professional, positive, and compliant workplace culture
2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or HR generalist work
Knowledge of HR compliance and employment law fundamentals
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Experience recruiting in IT, Managed Services, or technical environments
Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification (or working toward one)
