    Position Summary

    On Call Computer Solutions, LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Representative to support our growing organization. This role will focus primarily on full-cycle recruiting and HR compliance, ensuring we attract top talent while maintaining strong adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.

    The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Full-Cycle Recruiting

    • Manage the recruitment process from job posting through onboarding

    • Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs

    • Source candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach

    • Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions

    • Maintain applicant tracking and ensure a positive candidate experience

    • Assist with offer letters, hiring documentation, and onboarding coordination

    HR Compliance & Employee Support

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

    • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

    • Support HR audits, reporting, and policy enforcement

    • Assist with benefits administration, employee relations, and HR inquiries

    • Help develop and update HR policies, procedures, and training materials

    General HR Administration

    • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and HR communication

    • Assist management with performance documentation and HR processes

    • Promote a professional, positive, and compliant workplace culture

    Qualifications

    Required

    • 2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or HR generalist work

    • Knowledge of HR compliance and employment law fundamentals

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

    Preferred

    • Experience recruiting in IT, Managed Services, or technical environments

    • Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems

    • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification (or working toward one)
