Job Summary

HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations within our South Carolina facility. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees and leadership to promote a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns
• Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) for employee relations, onboarding, and policy communication
• Assist with recruitment, orientation, and new hire onboarding
• Support attendance tracking, employee documentation, and HR reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
• Partner with leadership on employee relations issues and workplace investigations
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate employee records

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish

• 1–3 years of HR Generalist or HR support experience preferred

• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment

• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
