We are a boutique size fast paced law firm looking for a HR generalist. This position does involve travel between both of our locations. We have an office in Marietta and Douglasville, so if you cannot travel to both, please do not apply.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
Performance and development: Assist with performance evaluations, provide feedback, set goals, and coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
Compensation and benefits: Administer benefits like health insurance and retirement plans, process payroll, and help with compensation-related decisions.
Compliance and policy: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, enforce company policies, and handle issues related to employee records and documentation.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a HR generalist
Must be able to travel between Douglasville and Marietta
Expected to be well versed on Georgia Labor laws and ensure the company is compliant
Salary
The salary range is from $55,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience
