They are seeking a skilled and versatile Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, managing a broad range of HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment and compliance.

    The HR Generalist will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure smooth HR operations, foster a positive work environment, and maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws.

    *This is a direct hire andonsite position in Blairsville, GA.

    Core Duties:

    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, background checks, and onboarding.

    • Administer and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel data, benefits, attendance, performance documentation, and separation details.

    • Manage and update HR systems, generating reports as needed for leadership.

    • Support employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns, fostering engagement, and promoting positive communication.

    • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, Workers’ Compensation claims, and other HR programs.

    • Partner with leadership to coordinate training initiatives and promote a culture of professional development.

    • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and provide coverage for other HR functions as part of the team’s intentional redundancy approach.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience covering a range of functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and compliance.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required.

    • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, federal and state employment laws, and compliance requirements.

    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS platforms.

    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with shared responsibilities.

    $65,000-$75,000 per year
