    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our human resources initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who is people-focused, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries

    Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation

    Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment

    Maintain and update employee records in Company Cloud Server

    Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies

    Assist with payroll, employee relations, and workplace investigations as needed

    Coordinate training sessions and HR-related events

    Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational changes

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field/ or SHRM Certified.

    2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar HR role

    Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Coastal Payroll, ADP, BambooHR, etc.)

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

    HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
