About the Role:
Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as a Human Resources professional, where you will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture in our Manassas, VA office. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about employee engagement and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
Facilitate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist in benefits administration and employee compensation planning.
Stay current on labor laws and HR trends to ensure organizational compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR or related roles, preferably in a residential services environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
