    Your opportunity: Human Resources (HR) Manager

    Human Resources (HR) Manager / HR Business Partner - Your Job Duties

    You'll work closely with managers and employees to deliver exceptional HR services, including:

    • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Navigate complex employee relations issues, provide expert guidance, coaching and support to foster a positive work environment.
    • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing coaching and guidance on employee-related matters. You will be supporting a team of 30+ employees at all levels.
    • HR Strategy: Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
    • Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to all HR-related laws and regulations, including benefits administration, wage and hour compliance, payroll and related insurances.
    • Performance Management & Engagement: Drive performance management processes and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development. Help us level up our team!
    • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to creating a seamless onboarding experience.

      You will work on site as the HR department, collaborating with an external HR partner for complex human resources matters.

    Human Resources (HR) Manager - Required Skills, Experience & Fit

    You have:

    • Proven HR experience with a strong understanding of employee relations and compliance
    • Comprehensive expertise in California wage and labor laws and regulatory compliance
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment where you bring solutions and ideas to management
    • The ability to work daily in the Santa Ana, California office

    Human Resources (HR) Manager - Desired, Not Required

    • Human Resources certification (PHR / SPHR / SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP or related)
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in HR or a relevant field
    • Experience with payroll administration and oversight

    This role is based in Santa Ana, CA and you will work on site at the office (typical schedule 8-5 with flexibility and some earlier meetings anticipated).
