    Job description

    We are seeking are a dynamic and experienced HR Integrations professional, ready to take on a pivotal new role with a private equity-sponsored roofing company. With a strong foundation in human resources, project management, and stakeholder engagement, this person will thrive in navigating complex integration processes. We are looking for a strategic thinker, a problem-solver, and a leader who ensures seamless transitions during mergers and acquisitions while fostering a unified organizational culture.

    What you'll do:

    Lifecycle Management:

    - Partner with VP of HR to support HR due diligence, integration, and post-deal activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    Project Management:

    - Develop and manage detailed project plans for HR integration, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Manage multiple integration tracks concurrently.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    - Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, IT) to ensure cohesive integration strategies.

    Process Alignment:

    - Ensure processes are seamlessly integration, including: Workforce planning, Compensation and Benefits, HR systems, Culture, Performance, and more.

    Data Analysis:

    - Manage and analyze employee data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making during integrations.

    Change Management:

    - Develop and execute change management plans to address cultural integration,

    leadership alignment, and workforce transitions.

    The team:

    This role is an individual contributor reporting to our VP of HR.

    -Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

    -Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    -Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

    Your Education and Experience:

    -Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or

    equivalent experience.

    -3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and integration

    processes.

    -Experience in private equity environments and/or the home services industry is a plus.
