    Come join our team as a Human Resources Manager

    We’re looking for an HR Manager to be a strategic partner and key member of our leadership team. In this role, you’ll align HR strategies with business goals, strengthen culture, and drive long-term organizational success. You’ll focus on workforce planning, leadership development, organizational design, and employee engagement—helping shape the future of our workplace while guiding leaders through change with confidence.

    What you will do:

    Lead HR strategy that drives growth, strengthens culture, and retains top talent

    Partner with leaders on workforce planning, leadership development, and engagement initiatives

    Shape the employee experience across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future needs

    Advise leaders on performance and organizational effectiveness, guiding change with confidence

    Ensure our pay, benefits, and policies are competitive, fair, and aligned with business goals

    Inspire and develop a strong HR team to deliver on strategic priorities

    Champion an inclusive, collaborative culture where people can do their best work

    What you need to have:

    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 8+ years of HR leadership experience (HR certification preferred)

    Leadership rooted in integrity, confidentiality, and collaboration, with strength in coaching and driving change

    Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employment law, plus success in recruiting and talent acquisition

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

    Experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams

    Ability to prioritize, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset

    Proficiency with HRIS, talent systems, and Microsoft Office

    Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
