    Human Resources Manager

    Aligned Solutions is partnering on a confidential search for a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at a growing organization.

    This role will serve as a key business partner to leadership, responsible for building and executing people strategies that support growth, performance, and a strong organizational culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build, lead, and continuously enhance the HR function, including structure, processes, and team development

    • Develop and execute a strategic HR roadmap aligned with business objectives

    • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding

    • Partner with leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness

    • Support organizational change initiatives, including growth, restructuring, and process improvement efforts

    • Drive talent development initiatives, including succession planning and workforce planning strategies

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, policies, and internal standards, including data privacy and workplace safety

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

    • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred

    • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience in a complex, fast-paced environment

    • Strong background in employee relations, HR compliance, and supporting site-based or operational teams

    • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and talent development initiatives

    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes
