As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Employee Relations : • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. • Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts with discretion and professionalism. Performance Management : • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to support employee growth and development. • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans. HR Compliance : • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, policies, and procedures. Training & Development: • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to support employee skill development and career growth. • Conduct HR-related training for managers and employees on topics such as workplace policies and compliance. Compensation & Benefits: • Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Evaluate and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent. Organizational Development : • Partner with leadership to design and execute strategies that enhance company culture and employee engagement. • Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role. • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Compensation: $70,000
