    Recruiter: Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a growing multi-branch organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to build and scale HR infrastructure across its North Carolina operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in operational environments and can support workforce growth while maintaining strong organizational culture.

    Build the foundation for growth: This position plays a critical role in professionalizing HR processes, implementing systems, and supporting leadership as the organization scales from approximately 230 to 300+ employees. The ideal candidate brings strong HR operations experience, compliance knowledge, and a builder mindset.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead HRIS implementation and ongoing system management
    • Develop and formalize HR policies, procedures, and documentation
    • Design and implement structured onboarding programs
    • Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development
    • Partner with operations leadership on performance management initiatives
    • Manage employee relations and compliance matters
    • Standardize HR processes across multiple branch locations
    • Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on HR and workforce issues

    First-Year Performance Expectations

    • Successful HRIS implementation and company-wide adoption
    • Established and documented HR policy framework
    • Improved onboarding processes and employee retention outcomes
    • Strong leadership partnership and satisfaction with HR support
    • Compliance standards maintained and organizational risk reduced

    Qualifications

    • 5–10+ years of HR leadership experience
    • Experience supporting field services, operations, or blue-collar environments
    • Experience scaling organizations with 200+ employees
    • HRIS implementation and systems management experience
    • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and policy development
    • Hands-on, operationally focused leadership style

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (Midpoint: $92,500)
    • Bonus: 10%–20%
    • Total Compensation: $105,000 – $140,000
