About the Role:
Join Empower Dental Group as a Human Resources Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture. This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives in a dynamic dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Dental Support Organization (DSO) is required. Los Angeles County resident is preferable.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent in the dental industry.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
Conduct performance management and employee evaluations.
Administer benefits and compensation programs effectively.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably in multi-site healthcare or dental.
Strong knowledge of CA Labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
