    Colonial House Inc (DBA Colonial House Restaurant & Bar) is seeking a full-time HR Manager to oversee all personnel-related matters of our restaurant, from recruiting and payroll to training staff and evaluating their performance.

    Colonial House Inc has been family owned and operated since 1981 and currently employees 90-95 employees.

    Responsibilities include managing payroll, hiring staff and maintaining employee records, managing benefits and open enrollment.

    Ultimately, you will ensure our employees are engaged, well-trained and productive so that they can provide exceptional service to our guests.

    Qualifications

    · Degree in Human Resources or related field or 2+ years of Human Resources experience (preferably in the hospitality industry)

    · Experience in processing payroll with preferred proficiency in HRIS platforms.

    · Familiarity with labor legislation, FMLA, and ACA requirements.

    · Experience in managing employee benefits and open enrollment.

    · Experience with POS systems preferred

    · Experience with J1student exchange employees is a plus
