🌟 Now Hiring: Human Resources Manager

💰 Pay: $16/hour | 📍 Location: In-Office (Mishawaka, IN) | 📅 Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM Lunch: 1 hour daily

Are you passionate about people and obsessed with keeping things organized and compliant? We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join the heart of our care team at Destiny’s Caring Hands LLC.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for onboarding new staff, maintaining up-to-date credentials, tracking compliance, and ensuring our care team is always ready to serve. You’ll collaborate closely with scheduling and billing departments to keep every file audit-ready and every employee set up for success.

👥 What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage employee onboarding for all roles (Care Aides, Nurses, Admin, Interns)

Track and update credentials: TB tests, CPR cards, background checks, CNA licenses, etc.

Maintain and audit personnel files (digital and physical) for compliance

Monitor attendance, follow up on expired documents, and manage compliance checklists

Facilitate orientation sessions (paperwork, policy review, handbook distribution)

Coordinate with Schedulers and Billing to ensure new staff are ready for placement and EVV-compliant

Support employee morale, conflict resolution, and handbook enforcement

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience in human resources, onboarding, or healthcare admin preferred

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and recordkeeping skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a people person

Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines

Comfortable using or learning tools like AxisCare, Sign.com, and Google Workspace
