Human Resources Manager
Must reside in CA. Part-time position to manage our human resource department. Responsibilities: • Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements • Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures • Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization • Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Manage employee files and all documentation Qualifications: • Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills • Experience with HR consulting for CA businesses Compensation: $20 - $35 hourly
