The Skyline Hotel Detroit Airport, SureStay Collection by BW is looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: • Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget • Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures • Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation • Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization Qualifications: • Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management • Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field • Hotel HR experience preferred Compensation: $65,000
