Our client is looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to training, compliance, and performance management. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner with leadership and staff alike to shape a supportive, compliant, and people-focused workplace.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to interviews and offers.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including background checks, paperwork, and training plans.
- Monitor timekeeping, payroll reporting, and scheduling adjustments.
- Administer performance reviews, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead training and development initiatives across departments.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and OSHA safety standards.
- Support leadership with HR guidance on sensitive or complex issues.
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate and secure.
- Conduct surveys and initiatives to strengthen employee engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or agriculture.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment, performance, and payroll processes.
- Ability to lead HR initiatives with professionalism and discretion.
