We are seeking an experienced Plant Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a growing manufacturing facility in Little Rock, Arkansas.
In this highly visible role, you will partner with plant leadership, support hourly and salaried employees, and develop practical HR strategies that improve staffing, engagement, retention, performance, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all plant-level HR functions for hourly and salaried employees
- Develop workforce plans aligned with production and staffing needs
- Partner with operations leaders to improve engagement, retention, morale, and performance
- Manage employee relations, investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, and corrective action
- Support attendance management and shift-based workforce scheduling
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Support training, leadership development, succession planning, and career growth
- Maintain HR metrics, workforce reporting, and analytics through SAP or another HRIS
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives that strengthen culture and operational excellence
- Maintain a visible presence across multiple production shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3 years supporting a manufacturing, production, industrial, or plant environment
- Experience working with hourly employees and multi-shift operations
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, attendance management, performance management, training, and employment-law compliance
- Experience with SAP or another enterprise HRIS platform
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
