What You’ll Bring
The Human Resources Manager role is critical because it serves as the bridge between HR strategy and day-to-day employee experience . This position ensures that HR policies, practices, and programs are not only compliant with laws but also aligned with the company’s culture and business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders, the Human Resources Manager plays a key role in resolving employee relations issues, supporting performance and development efforts, and promoting a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace. Their ability to manage sensitive situations, interpret complex policies, and implement practical solutions directly impacts employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Simply put, this role helps create the conditions where people can do their best work—legally, ethically, and productively.
Growth Path:
Outstanding performance in this role opens the door to broader leadership roles across the organization.
Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
