Human Resources Manager Needed in the Greater Atlanta Area
We’re partnering with a leading automotive parts manufacturing company that’s looking to bring on an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead site-level HR operations and serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also influencing big-picture people strategies—someone who can balance the daily rhythm of plant operations with long-term workforce planning, culture development, and employee engagement.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the key HR advisor to local plant leadership
Oversee all core HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce development
Drive employee engagement and help build a positive, high-performing culture
Partner with corporate HR on broader organizational initiatives
Support training, coaching, and leadership development at the site level
Use data and HR analytics to inform decisions and track impact
Lead and mentor a local HR team - you must be on the floor!
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing operation, ideally automotive part manufacturing.
Strategic Mindset with a Tactical Approach
Experience developing and managing a departmental budget
Must be data driven
Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and employee relations
Confident communicator and collaborative partner to operations leadership
Comfortable navigating change and driving HR initiatives from concept to execution
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
