  • Responsibilities

    We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. Responsibilities: • Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures • Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training • Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget • Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires • Fill out paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records with high accuracy • Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding • Maintain and update employee records, job descriptions, and compliance policies • Manage HRIS systems and PTO tracking (e.g., Insperity) • Promote and uphold our Core Values through team initiatives and internal communications • Handle employee relations and provide coaching to managers on people matters • Coordinate with Operations and Finance on payroll, benefits, and compensation changes • Plan team-building events and employee recognition initiatives Qualifications: • Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute • 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field • Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
