Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations across all clinics, overseeing payroll, compliance, onboarding, training, employee relations, and policy development. This role will collaborate with senior leadership and clinic managers to implement consistent, compliant HR practices across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll (ADP experience preferred)
Review electronic time entries and correct discrepancies
Administer and track employee time-off and benefits
Ensure payroll compliance with state and federal wage laws
Maintain up-to-date payroll and benefits records
HR Policies & Compliance
Maintain HR policy manuals and ensure legal compliance (multi-state)
Manage employee files and confidential HR data
Audit clinic HR practices and support compliance training
Monitor industry trends and changes in employment law
File OSHA, EEO, and other compliance-related reports as needed
Respond to unemployment claims and manage workers’ compensation reporting
Recruiting, Onboarding & Training
Partner with managers to support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
Manage background checks and onboarding processes
Design and implement a training framework for new and existing staff
Coordinate benefits enrollment education and employee notices
Maintain and track performance review systems
Employee Relations & Culture
Act as a resource for employee questions and issue resolution
Promote a positive, professional workplace culture across clinics
Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews; analyze trends to improve retention
Support performance management and engagement initiatives
Participate in disciplinary processes and HR investigations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of progressive HR experience (healthcare or multi-site strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance practices
Proficiency in payroll systems; ADP preferred but not required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to act with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Location: Flexible homesite options across GA; must be able to travel between clinics regularly
