We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive HR Director/Office Administrator to support our team and drive our talent acquisition strategy.
Position Summary:
As our HR Director/Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing office functions, and playing a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, initiative, and strong people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Onboarding
Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires
Handle day-to-day HR duties including employee relations, compliance, and policy enforcement
Track and manage employee timekeeping and scheduling
Maintain employee files and HR documentation
Recruiting & Social Media
Actively manage recruiting efforts across job boards and social media platforms
Build and maintain an online hiring presence (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department leads
Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs
Office Administration
Order office supplies and maintain vendor relationships
Support company events, meetings, and administrative tasks
Maintain a smooth and efficient office environment
Compensation & Bonuses:
Base Salary: $70,000 per year
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in HR, office administration, or a similar role (mortgage or finance industry experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communicator and problem solver
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
Experience with timekeeping and scheduling tools preferred
