Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm is a well-established, highly-rated Wisconsin personal injury law firm with offices in Baraboo, Madison, and Eau Claire, seeking a dynamic and driven Human Resources Manager to join our team full-time. This position is in-house in our Baraboo office, with some remote work available. Pay will be based on experience and availability and discussed during the interview process. The ideal candidate will be quick to learn, highly organized, and proficient in HR systems, recruitment, hiring, employee onboarding, and compliance. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Lead all core HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. • Take ownership of HR systems and ensure smooth implementation and operation of platforms such as BambooHR, Trainual, and other tech-based tools. • Partner with leadership to promptly develop and enforce clear policies and procedures aligned with firm's values. • Manage compliance with state and federal employment laws and industry regulations. • Support and guide employees and managers with confidence and empathy. • Maintain accurate employee records and provide reporting and insights to leadership. • Act as a strategic partner in workforce planning and employee development.
