    Human Resources Business Partner (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

    Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site 5 Days/Week

    Job Summary:

    The Human Resources Business Partner (Bilingual – English/Spanish) plays a key leadership role in driving all HR functions at our manufacturing facility. This role ensures a productive, safe, and compliant workplace by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, benefits, and culture-building activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to effectively communicate with a multilingual workforce, including English-, Spanish-, and other language-speaking employees, to foster understanding, engagement, and teamwork.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Partner with management to align HR initiatives with operational goals, including workforce planning and productivity improvements.

    · Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes for hourly and salaried roles, ensuring clear communication across multiple languages.

    · Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee understanding of offerings.

    · Provide day-to-day guidance to supervisors and employees on HR matters, including attendance, performance, policies, and conflict resolution.

    · Translate and deliver company policies, procedures, safety information, and training materials to Spanish-speaking and other non-English-speaking employees.

    · Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including FMLA & ADA leave as well as OSHA and company safety standards.

    · Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions.

    · Coordinate and maintain employee performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.

    · Lead initiatives to foster a positive company culture, including employee engagement programs, recognition efforts, and internal communications.

    · Maintain HR records and generate reports related to staffing, turnover, safety incidents, payroll, and compliance.

    · Coordinate training programs for safety, job skills, compliance, and leadership development.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    · 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is required.

    · Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required; ability to communicate effectively with speakers of other languages is strongly preferred.

    · Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, payroll systems, and OSHA regulations.

    · SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

    · Proficiency in HRIS systems, timekeeping software, and Microsoft Office.

    · Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

    · Ability to work on-site and interact regularly with production employees and supervisors.
