Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR operations. This role involves developing HR strategies and policies, managing the employee life cycle, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is experienced in HR practices, knowledgeable about labor laws, and capable of aligning people practices with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR Certification is an asset)
• Minimum [5+] years of HR experience, with at least [2+] in a managerial role
• Excellent knowledge of relevant US employment legislation

Preferred Qualifications:

• CHRP/CHRL designation
• Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, tech, retail]
• Familiarity with unionized environments (if applicable)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
