Plant HR Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing

We’re looking for an experienced Plant HR Manager to lead HR at a high-volume food manufacturing site. This role is perfect for someone with strong union experience who can guide teams through transformation, build trust, and drive a positive culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of 5 HR professionals 

• Support plant transformation while ensuring HR consistency and compliance

• Partner with union leaders and plant management to maintain strong labor relations

• Strengthen communication, accountability, and engagement across the workforce

• Deliver clear HR metrics and insights to plant and corporate leadership

• Support LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of HR leadership in a unionized CPG or food manufacturing plant

• Proven success working with unions and managing labor relations

• Ability to stabilize, develop, and motivate teams during change

• Confident reporting HR results to senior leadership

• LEAN/CI background preferred

• Bachelors Degree
