Responsibilities: • Coordinate enrollment for employee benefits • Monthly union reporting • Personnel file management • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization • Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures • Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement • Manage human resources programs, including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation Qualifications: • Must have at least three years of human resources management experience • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding • Employee relations and conflict resolution • Professional demeanor • Savvy computer skills • Outstanding communication skills • Strong leadership skills • Superior time management skills • Preference for applicants with hotel experience • Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
