    Company Overview Titan Pro is a growing independent ag retailer that supplies crop protection, plant performance products, seed, crop insurance, and Hylio drones to farmers across our Midwest footprint. We meet the needs of today's farming operation while empowering our dealers to bring innovation and opportunity to every farmer.

    Position Overview Titan Pro is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Company by building and sustaining a high-performance culture. This role partners closely with executive leadership and management teams to implement and administer HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent aligned with our company vision and values.

    Responsibilities include:

    Recruitment & Staffing

    Partner with executive leaders to plan and manage annual recruiting efforts and budgets

    Administer standardized recruiting and interview processes for exempt and non-exempt roles

    Support hiring managers with job descriptions, compensation proposals, postings, and offers

    Conduct background checks, compensation research, and candidate communications

    Onboarding & Training

    Design and continuously improve onboarding and 90-day training programs

    Facilitate orientation and onboarding sessions

    Guide managers through 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding milestones

    Maintain onboarding documentation and training outcomes

    Performance Management

    Design and administer performance management systems

    Support managers with evaluations, coaching, corrective action, and exit processes

    Develop dashboards and report performance metrics to executive leadership

    Professional Development & Culture

    Partner with leadership to establish annual development and culture goals

    Support learning initiatives and leadership development opportunities

    Lead culture development initiatives aligned with company values

    Address and resolve culture-related issues proactively

    Compliance & Policy Administration

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

    Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality

    Conduct HR audits and maintain compliance dashboards

    Develop, update, and administer employee handbook policies

    Additional Responsibilities

    Support employee benefits administration and leave processes

    Assist with executive compensation planning

    Support stakeholder engagement, public relations, and industry involvement

    Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

    Education and Work Experience:

    Bachelor's Degree Required (BA or BS)

    Human Resources certification preferred

    Minimum 3 years of HR management or organizational development experience
