Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- One (1) year of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with an HRIS is preferred
- Clearance of FBI/DOJ
- TB clearance
- Mandated reporter certificate
- Experience in working with a diverse student population
Skills, Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete assignments accurately

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, applicants, vendors, and the public
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Office environment; fast-paced work, constant interruptions
- Physical requirements: Hearing and speaking to exchange information, make presentations and communicate over the telephone; seeing to read, prepare, and proofread documents and view computer monitors; sitting or standing for extended periods of time; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment; kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally, to retrieve and store files and supplies; lifting light objects; ability to go to sites apart from primary office to conduct business.

_ Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00_ ** /Hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.**
This is a temporary role from August 1, 2026, to February 1, 2027.
