We’re looking for an organized, people-focused, problem-solving HR Operations Specialist to support our growing warehouse and distribution operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same. One moment you may be onboarding a new hire, the next you’re helping operations track attendance, supporting logistics paperwork, or assisting with employee questions.
This is not a sit-back-and-watch-the-clock kind of role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in organized chaos, communicates professionally, and genuinely enjoys helping keep both employees and operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Human Resources Support Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and new hire orientation
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance tracking, and compliance files
Support leave administration, employee questions, and policy communication
Assist leadership with employee relations documentation and HR processes
Help support payroll/timekeeping reviews and attendance reporting
Operations & Logistics Support Provide administrative support to warehouse and logistics teams
Assist with scheduling coordination, reporting, shipment documentation, and operational communication
Help identify process improvements and support day-to-day operational efficiency
Coordinate with multiple departments to keep information flowing accurately and on time
Office & Team Support Maintain organized records, forms, and internal documents
Assist with office organization, supply management, and general administrative support
Participate in team meetings, training initiatives, and process improvements
Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of Human Resources, office administration, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or related experience required
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment
Strong communication skills with professionalism, confidence, and the ability to work effectively with both warehouse employees and office leadership
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
Experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems including ADP, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace applications preferred
