    Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to training, engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

    Responsibilities

    Recruit, screen, and onboard new employees

    Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

    Support managers with employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes

    Coordinate training and development programs across departments

    Oversee payroll accuracy and benefits administration in partnership with bookkeeping/finance

    Act as a resource for staff regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns

    Develop strategies to support employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction

    Assist in creating and maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace environment

    Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality or service industries

    Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws/regulations

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

    Experience with HRIS or similar systems a plus

    High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
