    Structure Hospitality is hiring an HR & Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting and human resources across our portfolio of hotels. This role owns hiring, employee relations, and HR standards across the company. You will focus on placing strong General Managers and building stable teams, while creating consistency in how HR is handled across every property. The position plays a direct role in performance, retention, and overall hotel operations. This is a hybrid role with 10–20% travel across the portfolio for onboarding, recruiting, and on-site HR support. This role requires you to reside in Salt Lake City or surrounding area. Responsibilities: • Lead recruiting across all hotels and corporate roles • Post jobs, screen candidates, and conduct interviews • Build and maintain a pipeline of General Managers and leadership candidates • Lead onboarding for General Managers and key hires • Support hotel teams with employee relations and HR matters • Handle terminations, documentation, and maintain employee records • Develop and maintain HR policies and standards • Drive consistency in hiring, onboarding, and employee management • Build and reinforce a culture of accountability and professionalism • Manage health insurance programs for Structure Hospitality and supported hotels • Oversee 401(k) plans and administration • Coordinate with Accounting on payroll matters • Address and resolve HR issues at the property level • Track hiring timelines, turnover, and retention Qualifications: • 3 years of HR or recruiting experience, hospitality preferred • Experience hiring for management and leadership roles • Strong communication and decision-making skills • Organized and able to manage multiple properties and priorities • Working knowledge of employment law, benefits, payroll, and HR compliance • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism • Multi-property or management company experience preferred Compensation & Benefits • Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 • Health insurance • 401(k) plan Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
