Bardes Plastics is seeking a Human Resources, Safety & Food Safety Manager to lead our HR, workplace safety, and SQF/Food Safety programs. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and policy management
• Managing workplace safety programs, OSHA compliance, investigations, and training
• Assist SQF Practitioner with Food Safety programs, audits, HACCP processes, and food safety training
• Partnering with leadership to support employees and improve operations

What We’re Looking For

• HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with safety/compliance programs
• SQF, HACCP, or food safety experience is a plus
• Someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
