This newly created position plays a critical role in supporting multiple store locations by addressing employee concerns, coaching store leadership, enhancing HR documentation, and mitigating organizational risk. Qualifications & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HR or employee relations, preferably within multi-unit retail, quick-service restaurants, or hospitality.
- Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources practices, policies, and employee relations.
- Strong aptitude for conducting investigations, documenting outcomes, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is highly valued.
- Proficiency with HR software, systems, and related technologies.
