    FirstSource Title Agency is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the financial and people operations that keep our team running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource for payroll, benefits questions, and behind-the-scenes operational support and who takes pride in doing things accurately and on time. As the HR Specialist at FirstSource Title Agency, you will play a key role in managing payroll, accounts payable, and employee support functions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate payments, timely payroll processing, smooth onboarding experiences, and serving as a trusted point of contact for employee benefit and payroll-related questions. This is an in-office position based in our North Ridgeville, Ohio, location, working closely with leadership and the broader team to support day-to-day operations. Compensation • Salary Range: $57,000 - $62,000 • Generous 401(k) matching program to support your financial future (5% match) • Comprehensive employee medical benefits with 100% coverage (family coverage available at employee expense) Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on timeProcess payroll accurately and in compliance with company, state, and federal requirements • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and timekeeping • Support new employee onboarding, including coordination of paperwork, system access, and benefit enrollment • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and financial records • Coordinate with external partners such as payroll providers, benefits brokers, and accounting support • Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and documentation for leadership and accounting • Support employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, role changes, and offboarding • Order and manage office supplies, vendors, and recurring services to support daily operations • Help maintain and improve internal processes, policies, and administrative workflows • Ensure compliance with employment and payroll-related regulations • Partner with leadership and operations teams to support internal initiatives and improve efficiency • Act as a reliable internal resource who supports both people operations and financial operations Qualifications: • Prior experience in accounts payable, payroll, or HR administration preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Clear and friendly communication style when working with employees • Comfortable working in an in-office, team-based environment • Proficiency with accounting, payroll, or HR systems is a plus Compensation: $57,000 - $62,000 yearly
